Then join Embedded Software Platform function. We are responsible for developing embedded software platform used as foundation for development of firmware for Grundfos products. In the position as Head of Embedded Software Platform Denmark, you will lead the platform development teams located in Denmark. The teams consist of developers and Scrum Masters, you will be responsible for around 30 skilled employees organized in teams that are self-driven. In the position you will report to Software Platform Director, Erik Adam Schulz Laursen:

What is the job about?

Your main goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with other departments and functions to ensure successful product development and deliver excellent results. Set team performance goals and objectives, and regularly evaluate and track the progress towards achieving them.

Your background

The successful candidate should have an interest in people and a technical background within embedded software development, some years of experience leading a team of software developers, excellent communication, and facilitation skills that enable them to work in a global environment. It is a plus if candidate have supplemented education with formal management education. Fluently oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
