You will take over the lead of our IT Warehouse Management team and be the first contact person for IT solutions supporting all warehouse processes. This includes the responsibility for all warehouses worldwide, Central Distribution Centers and Regional Distribution Centers, EWM Warehouses and 3PL Warehouses. What you can expect:

  • You will lead and develop our IT Warehouse Management team
  • Together with the team and our business departments, you will create customized IT solutions for the global logistics activities of HUGO BOSS
  • You will be a strong partner for our business departments and, together with your team, you will ensure the company's operations are running smoothly
  • You will take responsibility for the strategic development of our IT applications and processes in the logistics area and create sustainable, innovative and scalable solutions for the future
  • You will work directly on initiatives of our "Claim 5" strategy and take the lead in the expansion and digitalization of our warehouses
  • You will manage and coordinate (internal and external) IT consultants for global implementation and rollout projects
  • You will create a framework for the team to achieve common goals, to grow through challenges, to promote personal development and to provide a home for the whole team

Your profile:

  • 3 years+ experience in IT with dedicated leadership experience within the fashion industry or other relevant industries
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in the IT environment with a focus on logistics
  • You think entrepreneurially, are curious and eager to learn, you take responsibility and are a team player
  • Strong communication and moderation skills
  • Networking and maintaining contacts come easily to you
  • Profound knowledge of project management
  • High customer orientation as well as a strong solution orientation
  • Good technical understanding and the ability to analyze and understand complex issues
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & German
  • Personal leadership skills such as motivational ability, empathy, proactive thinking and acting as well as the ability to innovate complete your profile
