Regional Head of Maersk Project Logistics (MPL) - Europe

The Regional head leads the MPL product organization in their assigned region and is ultimately accountable for regional ownership of all MPL activities including procurement, pricing, service delivery, commercial engagement & performance measurement.

The role is the regional lead for contributions to the global MPL product strategy, is responsible for executing the product's regional business plan in line with the global product strategy and regional L&S priorities, and is accountable for the product's P&L in the assigned region.

Your Impact:

• Lead all MPL activities across procurement, pricing, service delivery, and commercial engagement.
• Shape and execute regional strategies aligned with global product goals and L&S priorities.
• Drive business growth and oversee the MPL P&L, ensuring market penetration and strategic wins.

Your Role:

• Develop a winning regional plan for the MPL product family, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
• Champion go-to-market strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and enhance sales capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, and Area Heads to drive entry into new markets.
• Build and maintain a high-performing, diverse team of industry experts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in leading product strategy, business planning, and team building.
• Expertise in MPL or logistics products, with a track record of driving market growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills.
• A leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering top-tier customer solutions.

Due to the nature of this role there will be travel and the chosen candidate will be expected to spend time in the Aarhus office.
