Assisting local internal lawyers with legal advice and optimization of competition law skills through upskilling of market lawyers to ensure they are well-versed in competition law and compliance requirements
Coordinating and supporting internal and external competition law investigations and follow-on litigation
Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a trusted advisor role
Contributing to the development of our competition compliance program and conducting competition compliance training
Conducting competition law risk assessments including monitoring and analysing legal and regulatory developments in competition law and translating new requirements into actions
