People & Culture Executive Business Partnering - Finance, Digital & Development
You will become part of a unique and dynamic team called Executive Partnering & Services, which supports [xxxxx]’ executives and global business areas with HR business partnering as well as conducting global business transformations.
This team acts as trusted advisors to [xxxxx] leadership and translates business strategy into tangible P&C initiatives and activities, contributing to a diverse and inclusive working culture.
The focus will be on ensuring strong leadership, talent management, communication between top management, maximizing value creation, and utilizing the full potential of the P&C organisation. The Global P&C Business Partner will work in a global matrix structure with direct line to the Head of Executive Partnering & Services, and a dotted line to the business. The main stakeholders will be [xxxxx]’ senior management teams, as well as the colleagues within the P&C organisation.

Responsibilities

  • The Global P&C Business Partner will be responsible for translating global functional business strategies into tangible P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and exceed their goals
  • In partnership with business leaders, develop and drive global workforce strategies based on market requirements
  • Support and collaborate with the talent organisation to ensure line of successors for critical positions – build bench strength
  • Advise the business leaders on strategic and operational organisational design and build required capabilities in the organisation, drawing on P&C experts
  • Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR Partner for leadership teams incl. driving the annual People & Culture cycle activities
  • Coach Sr. leaders and executives on their people and business leadership to enable them to develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model
  • Develop high-performing, diverse teams living up to the [xxxxx] Values

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced HR and/or business profile with experience, ideally gained in a complex global matrix environment. Experience within Finance is an advantage
  • Experience working with Sr. leaders and C-level stakeholders, with political savvy and very strong stakeholder management skills
  • A high degree of professionalism and ability to engage and challenge top leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and drive change management efforts to promote the adoption of new processes and build bridges across the [xxxxx] value chain
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset
  • A relevant business or HR education at Master Level is required combined with a strong HR toolbox
  • Experience with empowering change and talent management
