Finance Group Finance ESG Reporting

You will be a member of the ESG Reporting team within [xxxxx]' Group Finance organization in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our primary responsibilities are to prepare the ESG disclosures for [xxxxx], to develop and maintain the [xxxxx]’ ESG accounting manual and enable compliance with CSRD and EU Taxonomy reporting. The ESG Reporting team works in close collaboration with our Group Sustainability Department.

Responsibilities

• Process owner for Record to Report process for ESG
• Building an internal control framework for ESG Reporting
• Mapping of processes based on new set up around ESG reporting and linking it to automation possibilities
• Identifying control deficiencies and remediating them on an ongoing basis
• Continuous improvement of ESG data collection and consolidation
• Take lead on selection and implementation of our future reporting solution for ESG
• Supporting functional areas and reporting units in relation to ESG reporting processes

Qualifications

• Professional experience 5+ years
• A relevant degree within Finance or ESG
• A background in financial processes with a passion for sustainability. Knowledge and experience around CSRD and EU Taxonomy is an advantage
• Experience with financial or ESG risk and controls
• English business fluent - both oral and written
