People & Culture Global Reward, Mobility & Travel
The Global Reward team in [xxxxx] oversees all global policies and processes within the area of compensation & benefits. We work in a global and strategic context establishing the frameworks and governance that enable [xxxxx] to attract and retain top talent while positioning ourselves as a competitive and responsible employer guided by [xxxxx] values of Accountability, Collaboration, Simplicity and Passion.

Responsibilities
Global governance and compliance, engaging and aligning executives, investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders:

  • Executive compensation including deliveries to [xxxxx] Remuneration Committee, annual reports and the annual general meeting as well as engagement with external advisors and stakeholders
  • Ownership of [xxxxx] Remuneration Policy and annual Remuneration Report including the disclosure process and remuneration deliverables for all the annual reporting including the remuneration elements in the sustainability reporting

Strategic and operational reward governance for executives:

  • Executive reward consultancy and communications: Design and communication of executive reward policy and strategy including incentives and other reward programmes to support [xxxxx] people strategy
  • Management and governance of annual executive reward processes including position and salary reviews for executive levels
  • Full ownership of [xxxxx] long-term incentive programme including design, communication and lead of annual cycle
  • Reward consultancy to People & Culture organisation on executive offers, short- and long-term incentives and position grading

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and preparing proposals for Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee approval in a European context
  • Experience in developing reward strategies within large, international organizations
  • Experience in delivering salary review processes, share plans, and incentives within large, international organizations
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Executive Compensation, including relevant legislation and tax regulations across main markets
  • Financial understanding and interest, particularly in compensation structures and governance

  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on delivering strategic solutions
  • High level of quality and compliance with processes and policies
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Concise and compelling in articulating complex matters, verbally and in writing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decision-making
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
