The Tower Structure Onshore department plays a crucial role in the wind industry by designing innovative and reliable tower structures for both steel and concrete tower technologies. We are a multidisciplinary team made up of professionals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing a unique set of skills and expertise. Responsibilities

• Supervise the development and maintenance of tower design guidelines in compliance with EU, IEC, and DIBt standards
• Coordinate the transition to updated certification guidelines, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external certification bodies
• Support communication and training for the implementation of new technical updates
• Oversee the tower recertification process, ensuring compliance with updated standards
• Represent the company in standard committees, influencing industry standards and practices

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in the wind turbine industry or a similar sector, with a focus on tower design
• 5 years of experience EU, IEC, and DIBt certification standards and guidelines related to tower design
• 2 years of experience with standard committee participation or similar industry engagement
• Significant background in technical communication

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to promote initiatives and influence others without direct authority.
• Technical information management, ensuring transparency and empowering teams with necessary knowledge.
• Enhanced communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and external certification bodies.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills, managing multiple projects and priorities in a complex environment.
• Ability to coordinate change and support processes in line with evolving certification standards.
