The goal is to help the customers cutting costs in their production.CARSOE A/S manufactures both standardized stand-alone units and totally customized solutions, and the company’s portfolio also includes tray dispensers and tanks. Here, they bring their knowledge and experience into creating the best solution for each project.The company is increasing demand and order intake. Therefore, they have created a new position as Electrical Project Manager. With reference to the overall Project Manager, you get full responsibility for project management of the electrical and control part of on-board processing equipment for the seafood industry. Your primary stakeholders are customers and subcontractors, but you will also work closely together with sales and production.A quality focused and proactive Electrical Project Manager
You have at least 2-5 years of experience working with project implementation or electrical engineering design within automation. Preferably, you have knowledge about PLC. Your educational background cold be as a Marine Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Installer or similar.As an Electrical Project Manager in CARSOE A/S you drive several projects at the same time, with a lead time up to 18 months. All projects are initiated and clarified in cooperation with the overall Project Manager, but you drive the coordination, the communication, the follow-up during production, and the installation and commissioning.You work across the entire value chain – from supporting sales in the clarifying phases to securing all resources within Electrical Project Management. It is your job to comply with deadlines, make requirement specifications, perform specific project procurements and to secure the right quality within budget. You ensure that all customer and regulatory requirements and standards are complied, and you are responsible for FAT and SAT. Most importantly, you are proactive, take leadership, and act as a role model in the practice of the agreed project structure.As a person, you value quality in everything you do, and your colleagues see you as a structured person.
