The Digital Procurement team is part of Vestas Global Procurement and consists of a diverse team of project managers located in Denmark (Aarhus and Copenhagen) and a growing support team located in Manila and Chennai that we work very closely with. As a specialist in Digital Procurement, your stakeholders will include people from all over Vestas and from every level of the business.
We are currently running a multiple-year Digital Procurement program to implement SAP Ariba as the chosen platform for supplier collaboration. Your role will be to lead the project to implement the Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration module at Vestas.

Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration module in Vestas, delivering the project on time, within scope and within budget
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables, while engaging and leading a project team with stakeholders from IT and various parts of the business
- Develop a detailed project plan and track progress, together with monitoring and reporting on project progress and deliverables, project progress, and escalate risks and issues as needed
- Identify and manage risks and work with team to find ways to mitigate
- Implement Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration globally and manage change when necessary to meet project goals
- Lead and drive the training of end users, suppliers and support team
- Define and set up project reporting and benefits tracking and evaluate and assess project results.
Qualifications
- Relevant master's degree within supply chain, procurement, business administration or similar
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record
- Experience in working with complex supply chains and procurement processes in a global environment
- Experience with Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration or IT projects in general is an advantage
- Ability to analyse business pain points and translate them into improvement solutions
- Experience of leading and driving work of informal and remote teams.
