Global IT User Productivity & Digital Foundation Infrastructure Delivery & Support
As a Delivery Coordinator you will be part of Infrastructure Delivery and Support, that is managing and orchestrating outsourced and insourced service towers in Vestas Infrastructure in order to provide seamless end-to-end operation and support to Vestas end users.
You will join a team of 14 colleagues located mainly in Aarhus and working with different areas of Infrastructure operations and support. Your closest collaboration will be with the regional Field Support Team leads, the Service Delivery Manager and the Subject Matter Expert in the recently insourced Field Support organisation.
Responsibilities
Your overall responsibility will be to secure maintenance of master data for all assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals) used in the Global IT organisation and assist with Service Delivery Management controlling tasks.
Your primary area of responsibility covers the following:
You like to document your work, do number crunching and you are good at seeing patterns where others don't. This include presenting results in overviews and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Your primary area of responsibility covers the following:
- Establishing and continuous improving governance, processes and procedures for asset handling and handling of master data
- Master data related to assets including ensuring that unused assets are returned to stock for reuse or scrap
- Managing day to day activities like assign tasks, maintain master data and logistic overview and give and receive feedback to/from Field Support Managers and other stakeholders
- Controlling and reporting of assets, financials for invoicing, invoicing to projects etc.
- Providing input for asset purchase and reuse
You like to document your work, do number crunching and you are good at seeing patterns where others don't. This include presenting results in overviews and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Qualification
- You hold a degree with high relevance to the job, ex. within IT and/or Business with strong interest in IT
- You have experience from a similar coordinator position, or you have recently graduated and would like to start career in IT and in this area, you will be exposed to a vast variety of tasks
- You are fluent in English both orally and in writing
