Finance Global IT Vestas Solutions Production
You will join our Production department as a part of Vestas Global IT organisation. We are accountable for all IT offerings for our Operations (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Safety and Environment), from early idea and innovation through project, operation, optimisation and finally decommissioning. We act as advisors for our business units, establishing and accelerating technology implementation and enabling business strategy powered by IT. The department bridges business and IT, and together with key stakeholders in our business units we deliver IT Strategy, value, roadmaps, designs and plan deliveries, ensuring a robust operation through our Partners.
This position will provide Service Delivery Management competencies to bring our related IT solutions delivery to the next level. You will be interacting with Sourcing Partners, External Vendors, as well as our internal team in India, on optimising the delivery, operation, SLA compliance and adherence to governance to ensure quality in the delivery and safeguarding of existing solutions. You will have the opportunity to work in a complex environment in a role with great responsibility since it is instrumental to achieve goals in the journey Global IT is on.
Responsibilities
Your primary area of responsibility will be to ensure the deliveries (Application Development and Application Support) coming from the Production Tower IT solutions. Secondary, you monitor SLA's and KPI's to identify problems and take appropriate action to correct failed activities, functions and processes. It is necessary to guide activities to maintain and enhance the gains achieved through our Outsourcing Partners and Vendors. Furthermore, you are handling changes to the Service Level Agreement as the engagement changes over time, which may include preparing new SLAs and KPI's upon request.

- Ensure process and governance improvements
- Facilitate performance management and reporting to tactical and strategic forums
- Handling internal and external stakeholders in relation to the deliveries from our internal Shared Services teams, Sourcing Partners and External Vendors
- Dfinition of delivery processes or mechanisms where these are not described or do not suffice
- Ensure that the outsourcing Vendors performance meets its contractual service-level commitments
- Coordinating tactical and operational initiatives towards our Sourcing Partners
- Act as a single point of contact for our IT solutions services delivery management - also for escalation
Qualifications
To do well with above responsibilities, we envision that you hold a relevant Master's degree (IT, Business Administration or similar) combined with the following:
- Some years of experience from a similar position
- Experience in key Value Chain systems (EPR/SAP, MES/Apriso, etc.) either on the functional side or the technical side is a major plus
- Experience with outsourcing governance and business models is a prerequisite
- Deep understanding of application management and support processes
- Project management experience
- Cross cultural understanding and fluent in English

- Monitor day-to-day vendor performance against SLAs relationship management
- Collaborate and communicate with Vendors, Contract Managers, Shared Services and GIT stakeholders like IT Business Partners
- Evaluate the performance and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Ability to direct with the goal in focus and with a problem solving-oriented attitude
- High degree of flexibility and resilience needed to adapt to an ever-changing environment in a matrix organisation
- Ask questions to the processes and surroundings
