Operations Site Resource department is leading, coordinating, and developing supervisors and technician to all operative tasks in Vestas Offshore. We are responsible for delivering site resources on time, in budget and with the right competencies and mindset to meet Vestas Offshore as well as customer demands.
Responsibilities
You will provide practical and administrative support to all our travelling employees and managers in order to ensure a smooth travel experience. It will be your responsibility to organize and coordinate visa and immigration processes on a global scale via external providers, while you will be assisting employees with local registrations, typically the Posted Workers Directive, as well as understanding of local regulations. In addition, coordination internally with related departments will also be a large part of the role as well as ensuring that processes comply with GDPR.

Qualifications
You have profound coordination and planning experience and is able to work cross-functionally. You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. Importantly, you should be development-oriented and always aiming at improving processes while paying attention to detail. Lastly, an open mind and a positive attitude is essential, along with a flexible approach to your work and the ability work independently as well as in teams.

You will also be responsible for:
- Assisting in developing new processes for new markets
- Drive lessons learned process after entering new markets, as well as implementing and deploying lessons learned
- Conducting information meeting about visa/immigration process prior to entering new markets
- Conducting information meetings with regard to mobility, tax, etc.
- Covid-19 related travel documentation
- Preparation of communication and presentation material to employees
Qualifications

- Confident Microsoft Office user, skilled PowerPoint user desirable

- Good communication and presentation skills in English
