Would you like to be Vestas Aviation Specialist and Auditor and play a significant part in our offshore logistics setup? Do you have experience as Aviation Lead Auditor within flight operations and safety management systems?
Sales Offshore Operations Service Crane Vessels, Engineering & Avi
You will become part of the Aviation team within Vestas located in the Cross Regional Offshore Support department. Here you will join a team of skilled and experienced subject matter experts within many different areas of Offshore Wind from subsea, marine, ports and aviation.

Personal skills
Personal skills include strong communication skills and methodical approach. You must be motivated for expanding your field of expertise as well as supporting colleagues by sharing your experience. During project work, you use your aviation operations experience to assist both the sales team and operations team create win-win solutions for Vestas and our clients. As Auditor you must have a genuine quality mindset and a structured work approach including the ability to keep track of multiple parallel assignments. Good communication skills and ability to clearly convey technical information to stakeholders.

Sales Offshore Operations Service Crane Vessels, Engineering & Avi
You will become part of the Aviation team within Vestas located in the Cross Regional Offshore Support department. Here you will join a team of skilled and experienced subject matter experts within many different areas of Offshore Wind from subsea, marine, ports and aviation.
Responsibilities
- Aviation Specialist and Auditor for Vestas within Offshore Wind supporting both installation and service projects
- Development and implementation of offshore safety standards, suppliers approvals, risk assessments and internal aviation processes within Vestas
- Lead Auditor to develop and implement the audit process for helicopter and UAV operations within Vestas
- Establish and monitor KPI’s for Vestas helicopter operations
- Interface and stakeholder management
Competencies
- Experience as a qualified aviation Lead Auditor
- Hold or have held a commercial pilot license, or higher, issued by a National Regulatory Authority
- Flight operations management experience desirable (NPH, CP, BM, BC)
- Operations experience: Flight Instructor Rating, and/or Training and/or Check Airman Rating, and/or Flight safety officer, quality or safety auditor, and/or Flight operations inspector for a National Aviation Authority, and/or Flight Simulator Instructor, Type Rating Instructor.
- Experience in offshore aviation sector is essential
- Strong in reporting and documentation writing
- Great English skills (oral and written)
