As a NPI Coordinator you will become a part of the Pre-assembly & Warehouse Management team in Offshore Construction which handles all delivery and assembly of components prior to installation offshore.
The NPI team consist of highly competent colleagues which are handling the BoM for our Construction (incl. Pre-Assembly) components aligning across with back office functions and site functions.
Responsibilities
Your main KPI will be to ensure Production Layout as input to our NPI Engineer and ensure updated route for planners/purchasers. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
Your main KPI will be to ensure Production Layout as input to our NPI Engineer and ensure updated route for planners/purchasers. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing Production layout in collaboration with Technical Project Manager
- Creating and maintaining Routing, etc. for production/assembly setup
- Engineering Change Notice reviews
- Creating and tracking relevant Problem Reports for Engineering Changes
- Supporting continuous improvement in the team
- Supporting stakeholder needs across Offshore Construction
- Any other actions deemed reasonable and necessary by management
Qualifications
- Highly qualified to data implementation
- Qualified within Windchill or SAP would be an advantage
- Experience within and general understanding of Engineering Change Management
- Fluent in English
- Relevant technical background e.g. within Production Engineering
