Sales Global Supply Chain & Transport Global Supply Chain Excellence
The Global Supply Chain Excellence team transforms capabilities, processes, and tools in order to elevate the performance of Global Supply Chain, including planning and logistics.
This transformation is first about people, then processes and tools, and in this role, you will engage with a broad variety of stakeholders, and have significant exposure to both Global Supply Chain Management and many layers and functions across the organization.

Sales Global Supply Chain & Transport Global Supply Chain Excellence
The Global Supply Chain Excellence team transforms capabilities, processes, and tools in order to elevate the performance of Global Supply Chain, including planning and logistics.
This transformation is first about people, then processes and tools, and in this role, you will engage with a broad variety of stakeholders, and have significant exposure to both Global Supply Chain Management and many layers and functions across the organization.
Responsibilities
As specialist for logistics excellence, you will join a team of supply chain experts and work closely with the operational logistics teams around the world.
- You will continuously improve capabilities, processes, and tools
- Engage with various functions on process re-design, competence development and change management
- Assess current and future capabilities, and design and deploy development plans accordingly
- Design and deploy best-in-class processes
- Specify, select, and deploy tools
- Actively engage logistics teams around the world for buy-in through transparent, effective, and timely communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of logistics operational experience
- You have proven solid communication skills and experience communicating with a broad set of stakeholders on all levels.
- You be interested in following and understanding trends within sustainable energy
- You can work across a complex, international company to build an understanding of the business

- Change management and influencing capabilities
- Project management by creating improvement plan and implementation
