Your mission as Head of Customer Success


As Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for recruiting new team members internationally supported by Talent Acquisition, fostering the well-being, growth of colleagues, general performance and process’ of our international Customer Success set-up. Your responsibility in this role and the main drivers of this mission will be:

  • Cultivating a growth culture with emphasis on feedback, learning, experimentation, openness and velocity.
  • Define, implement and cultivate state of the art customer success processes and capabilities across segments and international markets .
  • Work methodically, data driven and proactive with the Customer Success teams across segments to ensure the long term success of our customers.
  • Creating a world class Customer Success culture across markets and deeply integrating with sales, marketing & product development.
  • Lead the growth of AutoUncle’s international Customer Success team and attract top talent together with our Talent Acquisition team, and secure a smooth integration.

The role naturally has a strong process excellence and people-focus and we anticipate that most of your time is spent in conversation with existing colleagues (we prioritise 1:1s very highly), key customers and internal stakeholders in product and sales. Rasmus, VP of Sales, will be your direct manager and you will be able to work closely together with the company’s leadership team.

We expect you to work most of the time out of the head office in Aarhus, but visits to Hamburg and other locations are expected on a monthly basis.

  • A commercial mindset - is a "sales person" by heart and training
  • Is driven by making real changes on both personal, team and industry level

Professional experience

  • +3 years of experience with Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management in a SaaS company or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a customer-facing team
  • Ability to create structure and design effective processes for obtaining customer feedback and insights
  • Has worked successfully with customer health metrics to prioritise the required action needed on each customer
  • Is digital native and is familiar with setting up automated communication processes
  • Skilled in writing content for customer success purposes
  • Has great understanding of digital marketing
  • Used to work on international markets/environments.
  • You speak and write English professionally. Danish Swedish and/or German languages skills are a big plus.
