Then you might be our new Senior Finance Business Partner for D&S Finance to drive Financial Management in Local Manufacturing (LM) in Bagsværd.
About the department
You will be part of a dynamic team developing and driving Financial Management in Device & Supply Chain Management. We are responsible of device and supply chain management across Product Supply including bringing new devices from Research & Development into production and to launch, efficient manufacturing of devices and needles and value chain optimization.
LM manages our local production facilities in Russia, Algeria and Iran, as well as a large portfolio of contract manufacturers producing on behalf of Novo Nordisk in strategic markets.
As part of a matrix organization, you will be seated in LM in Bagsværd to drive Financial Management, while also being part of D&S Finance supporting initiatives across the team and other business areas in D&S.

The job
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will ensure strong Financial Management in LM, and be involved in a broad variety of activities related to Financial Management and Finance Partnering, e.g. Management reporting, Budget and Controlling on Operations (OPEX), and initiatives to drive value creation. You will be a key driver in our financial reporting and budget process. You will take a role continuously improving financial processes, and further strengthen the connection between business plans, activities and resources to ensure value creation. You will be a key player in driving our systems and standards to the next level, and set the scene for further analysis. You will assist the local management team in LM to make fact based decisions.
Qualifications
You have minimum 7-10 years of experience and hold a background as MSc. Finance/Economics (cand.merc., cand.oecon., cand.polit or similar). You have an excellent understanding of Financial Management backed with significant results and experience from a similar job. You excel in working with numbers, have excellent analytical skills, are an Excel and PowerPoint super-user and maybe you have experience with SAP. You work in a structured way, have a sharp eye for details and thrive in setting direction for Financial Management in a business unit. You can handle many tasks simultaneously, have a strong focus on quality and wants to deliver results. As a person you are ambitious, dedicated and a team-player. You have excellent communication skills and can easily interact with employees at all levels in the organization. Lastly, excellent English skills – written and oral – will be a requirement.
