Agile Coach to the Novo Nordisk Digital Accelerator

In Novo Nordisk’s Digital Accelerator, we are looking for an Agile Coach to join our Digital Accelerator and drive meaningful change and transform the way we work.
About the Department:
The Digital Accelerator is the home of the Outliers - a team of people who are wired differently. The turnaround time from idea to solution is short, but the impact is tremendous. The Digital Accelerator is partnering with selected Novo Nordisk business units on setting up Digital Lighthouses. The Digital Lighthouse serves as an innovation catalyst for the unit where it is placed. The focus is driving the digitalization strategy and at the same time influencing the collaboration culture towards a more agile approach.
The position:
As an Agile Coach in the Digital Accelerator, your daily work will be in one of the Lighthouses. Your responsibility is to apply your agile competences and experiences through coaching and mentoring the Lighthouse team(s), helping them realizing their potential and deliver unique digital products.
You will also act as an influencer and catalyst for promoting an agile culture throughout the Lighthouse business unit. This requires you to be curious about the organisation, the people within, how they collaborate, and how to create a reflecting and learning culture. This includes leadership coaching and sparring with various units on adapting an agile approach.
This role is fundamental for creating an environment of trust and great team dynamics, where people can experiment, learn and deliver their best by working together as an agile team. You will be a part of the Digital Accelerator Agile Coach Chapter, and an important part of your job is also to bring back learnings from the projects you coach and share with the other Agile Coaches as basis for on-going development of supporting guidance, alignment and further scaling to the remaining part of the organisation.
Qualifications:
You have a Master’s degree in Business, IT (e.g. software development) or another relevant field as well as hands-on experience working with agile teams, either as a SCRUM master or Agile Coach. Since we apply the SCRUM method in our teams, you are well-versed within this framework and can apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world opportunities. You have extensive hands-on experience coaching or leading high performing teams, and can work within a complex stakeholder landscape in a large enterprise. You have worked with various coaching techniques as well as facilitation tools and methods and are able to adapt your approach to different contexts and groups.
Given that we are embarking on a new journey, you are able to proactively identify and drive large improvement initiatives and influence the overall strategic direction of organizational initiatives. You effectively build followership with the agile transformation, and coach leaders to identify ROI calculations, business drivers, and areas of strategic investment.
As a person, you are an energetic and people-oriented team player who excels in an environment with a high degree of empowerment. You can work independently and engage with colleagues and stakeholders and all levels of the organisation. You are empathetic, patient, and can effectively engage with others – whether one-on-one or in a group. Overall, you are passionate about agile ways of working, and are eager to deliver values with your unique skillset.
Since our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
