Then we may have just the right job for you, as we are looking for an experienced Associate Manager to head up a QA team in DFP QA ManDev Support.
About the department
Our department consists of 28 dedicated employees being responsible for assuring quality and compliance of QC laboratories and Manufacturing development activities for DFP production sites across the world. In close cooperation with our stakeholders, we ensure a high level of quality and have a key function in quality assurance of the new technologies coming into production and to support and improve processes and laboratory performance across DFP sites.
To ensure even higher focus on each of our activities the department has recently been divided into 3 teams.
The open position is in the QA support team who is responsible for performing project management for cross organizational projects and training coordination for DFP QA DK.
The position
You will be leading a new team of 7 competent and experienced QA employees and you will assume a key role by leading, developing and shaping your team and improve how we work with projects with in quality. It will be your responsibility to drive the master plan projects and ensure that the team delivers according to the project agreements. Besides this the team has the resposibility for establishing and maintaining an adequate and simple training set-up and system covering DFP QA DK.
You will, together with your team, ensure to build and maintain a close collaboration with the stakeholders across DFP and DFP QA. Simplicity and efficient daily operation and project management are in focus in the department and needs to be further developed. To succeed, you must be a visible leader with clear goal setting abilities, and coaching skills which will bring development into the team.
In this role, you will refer to the Senior Manager and you will have an active part in the development of the department.
Qualifications
As you will be leading a team which has recently been anchored in the department you must have experience as a people manager being able to lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best. Furthermore, you have experience with project management and master´s degree within management, chemistry, pharmacy or equivalent and preferable 3 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
You have a can-do attitude and proactively strive for higher levels of performance not being afraid of being challenged by peers and employees. You need to have a good quality mind-set being able to balance compliance and business, when making decisions. You can differentiate your communication depending on the target group and present your arguments in a clear, unambiguous and professional way.
Lastly, you are well organized and create strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives.
