About the department
We provide management with quality assurance of key activities in the early research phases, as well as provide audit and management support to senior managers responsible for the more than 700 audits conducted annually. This includes performing audits, driving key activities across the audit process as well as initiating and delivering projects to optimize, simplify and digitalize key processes together with and across departments within Quality Audits and our stakeholders in Line of Business.

About the job
We offer a challenging position, where you will have a key role in driving innovation and improvements across Quality Audits.
Your main responsibility will be to drive the overall agenda and execution of Quality Audit’s digital road map together with the management group to ensure we deliver on our digital ambition. This covers that you will drive key digital initiatives and the overall digital project portfolio, facilitate our digital culture journey and competence building as well as align digital initiatives with short and longer-term business objectives.
Moreover, you will have a key role in supporting and coordinating Quality Audits overall innovation and improvement agenda. This includes driving the project portfolio process across our unit, incl. monthly meetings, tools, portfolio update and prioritisation process. Also, you will support and coordinate the continuous improvement of processes driven out of our Projects & Support team, in close collaboration with your colleagues in both Denmark and India.
Furthermore, you will provide ad hoc support to the CVP of Quality Audits and her management team, including supporting Quality Audits communication internally and externally.

Qualifications
You hold a relevant master’s degree e.g. in business administration, cand.merc, data science or similar, combined with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience. You also have solid experience with, and understanding of, how to combine technical possibilities with business needs, e.g. experience with web application development.
Experience with digital solutions, business intelligence tools and advanced data analytics will be an advantage. Preferably, you have a good understanding of the possibilities within the common cloud technologies e.g. Azure, Amazon AWS, etc., as well as knowledge about how to handle software development projects with agile methodologies. Furthermore, you must have some project management experience and are able to demonstrate good project, stakeholder and change management capabilities.
On a personal level, you have a digital mindset with strong analytical skills and a flair for leveraging data to solve meaningful problems. You are proactive, curious and willing to challenge the status quo. You have strong communication and presentation skills and are able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Lastly, you are seen as a real team player, taking responsibility and having good people management skills.
