A digital transformation which radically enhances the way our 43.000 colleagues work in our labs, in our offices, at our production sites and on the roads – making our medicines available to more than 27.000.000 patients.

About the department
IT Quality employs 30+ highly skilled quality professionals in Denmark and India. IT Quality is responsible for ensuring that external and internal requirements are reflected in Novo Nordisk IT processes, and the department serves as competence centre for IT quality assurance throughout Novo Nordisk. Our responsibilities also include quality assurance of IT projects and IT systems, services and infrastructure used globally in Novo Nordisk.

The job
To enable the digital transformation, our colleagues from Global IT will have to create necessary core IT capabilities within IT systems, integrations, data management and platforms which will enable the digitalisation and future growth of our business.
In this job, as Senior IT Quality Advisor for digital transformation you will play a key role in partnering with our colleagues in Manufacturing IT (Global IT) and across Novo Nordisk, to succeed in the continued journey to provide “best-in-class” digital solutions to support Novo Nordisk manufacturing processes. In close collaboration with partners in IT, you will be working with strategic IT systems, such as Manufacturing Execution Systems and Facility Monitoring Systems, and you will have a central role in setting the direction for the quality assurance of IT systems and related technologies and services.
You will be directly responsible for providing expert advice to the projects with focus on key quality activities and deliverables. Activities will range from advising on risk management, quality planning, approving quality related deliverables, to preparations for audits and inspections. In this context, you will be expected to leverage quality assurance, IT and business process knowledge to ensure both efficient and effective quality assurance and compliance in an Agile setting.
You will work very closely with the different business areas of Novo Nordisk and you will engage into the various Agile delivery/DevOps teams. This job also includes stakeholder management including senior management on all levels in the global organisation.
The job is located in Bagsværd, Capital Region of Denmark, but travel activity of max 20 days per year must be expected.
Qualifications
You hold a degree in a relevant subject, preferably with a strong IT substance and have at least 5 years’ experience from a similar position. But most important, we expect you to have a solid experience in working with quality assurance of complex IT solutions in manufacturing within context of regulated industries. You are familiar with agile methodologies, like DevOps, and you have experience in working with relevant tools, such as Azure DevOps.
It is an advantage, if you also have experience in working with quality assurance of IT infrastructure, integrations and data management.
To succeed in this job, you must be flexible to changing priorities and have creative yet pragmatic approach to solving problems. You take full ownership of your work and have a strong sense for meeting objectives and deliver high quality, while supporting your stakeholders in delivering in a simple and agile setup. You thrive with stakeholder interaction and you can present complex matters in a clear and precise manner.
You are considered as an enthusiastic and committed team player and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment with tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humour. Not least, you are a strong communicator, and you are fluent in written and spoken English (corporate language).
