You now have the unique opportunity to join a strategic transformation project in Global People and Organisation (P&O) in Novo Nordisk. We are looking for a senior manager for change management and change communication who can take an active role in driving the implementation of a new operating model for GPO. Key to the role is that you have in-depth understanding of how to create awareness and enthusiasm around our change journey via engaging communication and stakeholder interaction.
About the Department
You will join the Transformation Office in the Global People and Organisation function, reporting to the Change and Transformation Lead. The transformation office is a team of 8 full time employees. We are located in Bagsvaerd, but work closely with all corners of the Global P&O organisation.
In collaboration with Global P&O Management we drive an ambitious change journey towards a more globally aligned and unified P&O function. The foundation is a new operating model that involves building a global support function, Global CoEs and dedicated HR Business Partners. At the same time we are introducing new digital platforms that ease access to P&O related matters for managers and employees.
The position
The Senior OCM Manager is a key role in driving the implementation of the P&O Transformation in close collaboration with the Change and Transformation Lead and the rest of the Transformation Office. The main purpose is to create the right level of readiness, energy and ownership around the changes coming.
As Senior OCM Manager you will ensure that there is a strong focus on OCM as we roll out different projects and initiatives across the organisation. You will be dedicated specific projects and be responsible for developing and driving the OCM strategy required for their smooth implementation. At the same time, you will be supporting the overall stakeholder management of the P&O Change Journey and ensure that OCM activities are aligned and coordinated across the different projects in the programme.
Thanks to your strong OCM profile and expertise you will take an active role in developing OCM competencies in the P&O function and facilitate that OCM will become naturally integrated in the way projects are run and implemented.
Qualifications
You have a background as senior consultant or communicator with more than 6 years of experience with organisational change communication and change management in connection with roll out of global projects. Your deep understanding, expertise and experience with OCM is key for success in the role. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and HR is a clear plus. You have a broad business understanding and have extensive experience with global OCM activities. You have prior experience in managing change for large business transformation initiative in a global organisation.
You have a Masters degree in a relevant field such as psychology, organisational development, communications, business administration, etc. You have both experience and formal training in project management.
