The Position
In GCM we have started our digital journey to become a data-driven business function. To help us succeed we are now looking for a person with a digital mindset combined with an understanding of how to overcome potential barriers and to make stakeholders embrace the digital potential.

As our new Digital Transformation Lead you will be responsible of identifying areas where digitalisation generate business opportunities. You will create an overview of digital projects across our area and you will be our ‘Go to person’ when it comes to understanding the wins and the challenges within digital transformation.

In close collaboration with GCM management you will set the strategic ambition and drive the innovation and creativity agenda. Furthermore, you will drive the organisational change management agenda.

Part of your job will be to drive workshops and value-stream mapping to identify opportunities for digitalisation as well as identifying optimisation areas prior to digitalisation/automation of processes such as data driven process improvements. You will be working closely with our CMOs globally, and with different stakeholders internally and externally giving you the opportunity to interact in different cultural settings. You will also work close together with our business data analysts. Finally, you will be the team lead of our interns.

Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has worked within digital transformation for some years and has been part of the process analysing, mapping and identifying areas where digitalisation makes sense as well as having good knowledge of best practises within implementation.

Preferably you have a good supply chain understanding and change management experience. You have a strong lean competences toolbox equivalent to a cLEAN ® 2 star and/or you have a lean mindset that drives you to continuously think on how to improve processes.

You hold a master’s degree within business, digitalisation, management or similar.

You look in and for data for your first point of insights and to support your strategy and you are adapted to use and updated within the trends for digital tools. As a person you are curious with an ability to ‘think out of the box’ and to challenge a traditional mindset as well as get buy-in from stakeholders.

About the Department
The position is in GCM Business Support where we are 7 people and a team of interns supporting the Line of Business. We are responsible for all back-office processes across GCM e.g. budgets, business plan and risk reporting. We provide various types of support to the GCM CVP and management having the responsibility of evaluating and introducing new technologies to GCM.

We work closely with the management team to identify and execute strategic initiatives with the purpose of improving processes and increasing transparency in a complex setting. Furthermore, we are the daily partner to our factory in Japan, KFA.

GCM Business Support is part of GCM (Global Contract Manufacturing), who manages the production and supply chain activities of contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs) for Novo Nordisk. GCM offers external alternatives to internal production while ensuring deliveries of high quality products to patients all over the world in a regulatory compliant and cost effective way.
