As Head of People Business Partnering for Europe+, you will play a pivotal role in further increasing the business value of HR, and ensuring that People Business Partnering become even more efficient through the implementation of strategic People initiatives as well as business initiated projects.
You possess an excellent collaborative working style and business acumen enabling you to be the trusted partner to the Executive Vice President of EU+ and her leadership team. Furthermore you will lead 6 HRBPs teams and 1 Rewards specialist working across Europe.
Your primary tasks will be to:
You will report to the Head of Global People Business Partnering and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. You can expect to travel app. 30 days a year in order to meet with colleagues and partners across LEO affiliates.
You have a master’s degree in business administration or similar and a minimum of 10 years of HR experience from working in a complex organisational and international setting. Your HR toolbox is loaded, and you know how and when to use the right tools to complete the task at hand. You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills which enables you to navigate effectively with a clear direction across multiple countries, sites and agendas. To succeed, you will need strong communication skills including the ability to translate/adapt messages in order for them to resonate with different audiences.
You work with an analytical, structured and pragmatic approach to your tasks. In combination with your strategic understanding and conceptual skills you are capable of turning complicated challenges into smart and practical solutions. You have the courage to challenge your business leaders and stand your ground on the right advisory. Last but not least, you work with a high level on energy that transcends to the team you lead.
You have a well-developed cultural flair, and are seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions. You transmit your personal enthusiasm to people around you to ensure deliveries according to plans and deadlines. And as a true team player you are aware of the potential that lies in a group who share a common will to fight, laugh, win and celebrate as a team.

Become a Strategic People Business Partner for Europe+
As Head of People Business Partnering for Europe+, you will play a pivotal role in further increasing the business value of HR, and ensuring that People Business Partnering become even more efficient through the implementation of strategic People initiatives as well as business initiated projects.

Your primary tasks will be to:
- Set the direction for and lead your team of People Business Partners
- Analyse and define organisational capabilities and translate these into future plans to support organizational development and drive the fulfilment of the LEO strategy and the LEAP transformation program
- Develop and deploy people strategies and objectives and execute on global concepts, processes and solutions
- Ensure availability and development of necessary leadership, functional and behavioural competencies
- Partner with Line Managers to ensure that the organisational capacity match the business needs - by supporting organisational reviews, ad hoc people assessment, talent identification etc.
- Provide support to Line Managers on People processes and deliverables, e.g. recruitment, redundancies, salary and incentive processes, training etc.
- Build a strong network with global as well as local teams

Experienced HR Professional with solid leadership skills as well as business acumen
