As our senior UX designer, you will be part of the newly established Experience and Technology organization where we work in cross-functional teams consisting of different technology experts, UX and product management. These teams are responsible for defining and designing the user experiences that are fundamental for product innovation.
No two days are quite the same
Working in a new constellation with a creative and agile approach, we can never be sure what tomorrow brings – so, we are looking for a highly experienced and collaborative senior UX designer with an innovative, hands-on and design-driven mindset who feel comfortable in a changing environment. The direction may not be very clear, but with a can-do attitude and high level of energy, you can maintain focused and stay productive.
You are curious and have a strong drive. You are comfortable with experimenting and believe in your own judgement.
Further, you bring a heavy toolbox:

While your daily work will be to support the Experience and Technology teams, your base will be the UX Service and Experience Design team together with 6 passionate UX’ers. The team is rapidly expanding to build a stronger pallet of UX competencies from design and innovation to behavioural science.
The general responsibility of the Service and Experience Design team is to support various parts of the organization by delivering and incorporating user insights, expectations and experiences in the early stages of product design.
Your background
We don’t have any specific requirements for your educational background. Sure, engineering or tech will help you, but we know that UX designers come from all kinds of different backgrounds.

- You are a user-centric and strategic designer with an understanding and knowledge of seeking the sweet spot between business, technology and experience design
- You translate insights and ideas into strategic opportunities and quickly turn them into experiences and tangible solutions
- Your approach is “build-measure-learn”, and you quickly develop creative preto- and prototypes when validating ideas
- You creatively present your ideas and visualize solutions and experiences while they pass through various maturity levels
- You drive all UX design activities in the maturation of experiences
- You constantly translate experiences into x-functional requirements while documenting it
- You will act as a steady, progress-oriented spokesman for creating experience excellence

Your background
We don’t have any specific requirements for your educational background. Sure, engineering or tech will help you, but we know that UX designers come from all kinds of different backgrounds.
We do have some expectations as to your experience and your abilities and expect you to:
- Have 5 years of experience from physical product design
- Have a solid understanding of user experience and user experience design process
- Have previous experience with successfully managing stakeholders on all levels
- Be an experienced presenter of product concepts and data derived insights
- Have experience with Jira and Jama – this is a plus
- Speak and write English fluently.
