You will join our Electrical, Instrument and Telecom department
As our new Head of Electrical, Instrument and Telecom Department you will be part of a strong technical environment. The department is highly experienced and delivers engineering and consultancy services within the energy sector for projects around the world. The primary focus areas of the department are the offshore wind and oil and gas sectors and our services cover the disciplines electrical, instrumentation and telecom. We cover all aspects of a project including concept and feasibility studies, detailed engineering, EPC and follow-on engineering.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Develop and build relationship with new and existing clients and conduct sales meetings
- Develop the services of the department further to meet current and future market and client demands including more international projects
- Develop employees through the PDP process
- Ensure quality in project deliverables
- Operational management of department on day-to-day basis to ensure optimal utilization of resources and execution of projects
- Accountable for department economy
- Support strategy and business plan processes
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- A Bachelor, Master or PhD within Electrical or Instrument/Automation Engineering
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in electrical or instrument design within offshore windfarms, oil and gas or similar industries, i.e. solid technical background
- Min. 5 years of experience with people management including PDPs alternatively significant (min. 8 years) project management experience with people management duties
- Leadership skills in terms of identifying and developing talent, set direction for teams and manage performance
- Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial understanding
- Proven track record on delivering results on time, with high quality and within budget
- International experience is an advantage
