Your responsibilities
As our new colleague you will join our Operation Support department, where we coordinate several hundred employees at any given day. Therefore, you will be the focal point towards our customers as well as ensuring your team is motivated.
You are expected to assume the role as team leader for 6 employees, as of now, where you must nurture and develop cross functional skills within the team. The team consists of a broad range of personalities so you must possess a robust character. You are expected to independently manage and develop a portfolio of employees as well as assisting in defining future needs within the business area.
Furthermore, we are actively pursuing digital solutions and over time you will be a key stakeholder in the development of the department within this space.

Your Tasks
As our new Team Lead & Personnel Coordinator your tasks will include:
- Coordination and administration of white collars for our on- and offshore projects – including recruitment, compliance checks, rotation planning, etc.
- The digitalisation process, improvements and superuser status
- Managerial support for ad hoc tasks that may fall outside “normal” day-to-day operations
- Take part in the duty roster as well as ensuring the well-being of your employees
- Acting as a sparring partner and coach for your team
Your profile and skills
We expect that you:
- Have a relevant background with experience handling, coordinating and recruiting personnel, preferably within the white-collar trades
- Are safety conscious and see safety as a natural and integral part of you work ethos
- Have a high mental capacity with good analytical and problem-solving skills. We expect you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
- Have a business mindset to be able to safeguard the interests of Semco maritime
