Key Responsibilities
As Head of Aviation, Supply Base & Lifting, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in providing support and assurance to the operational entities for Supply Base, Aviation and Lifting related operations in compliance with regulation, Group Métier and HSE rules. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in ensuring a proactive engagement in the planning, budgeting, selection, assurance, operation, and cost control of all Supply Base, Aviation Lifting operations

You have the responsibility of the overall management of the Contract, including but not limited to Communication, HSE Performance, Contract Performance, Quality Assurance, and issues Call-Off orders for the services required. You are the one to manage all operational aspects of the managed contracts.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
  • Drives HSE performance in accordance with TotalEnergies objectives, demonstrates HSE leadership and develops a safety culture with the team and service providers
  • Facilitate EP/DSO/IP/LSO/LFT, LOG & AER periodic visits / Audits and internal technical audits to verify operations are being performed in accordance with applicable regulations, CRs, GSs, operations & maintenance manuals and industry best practice
  • Follow-up outstanding audit findings to ensure actions and compliance and advice as necessary
  • Contract management of all for Supply Base, Aviation and Lifting contracts to ensure that all contracts are of the highest possible safety, quality, and operations performance standards and that the rates are lowest possible
  • Develops and drives a performance culture through quality control and performance (KPI) system, develops efficiency improvements and maintains relevant procedures accordingly
  • Manages the deployment of resources in the team and the development of direct reports
