Join our Energy Transition team and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new <strong>Head of Major Projects</strong> you will provide executive leadership as part of a multi-national major projects group delivering large scale, multi-disciplined EPCM projects across a wide range of energy transition related industries and clients. In this extremely visible role you will lead in developing strong relationships with existing and new clients, growing our business in terms of revenue and geographical footprint, and strengthening our reputation as a trusted advisor to our customers.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Executive oversight of a high performing team of Project Managers, providing leadership and support throughout all stages from enquiry, tendering, resource mobilisation, delivery, and handover.</li><li>Acting as the Ramboll sponsor with overall accountability for sourcing and delivering major projects in the conceptual and detailed design of energy transition schemes.</li><li>Providing technical and commercial guidance to project teams at all phases to address risk, and ensure projects are delivered to schedule and budget.</li><li>Implement and/or manage robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms for real time visibility of progress, identifying and addressing deviations, and submitting scheduled and ad-hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Driving an inclusive and collaborative culture within the group, where all team members regardless of seniority, are encouraged to contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation. </li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Your new team</strong></p><p>You will be part of the global Energy Transition team, working across several business areas including Power-to-X, Gas Infrastructure, Energy Intensive Industries, Bio Energy/Power Generation, and Offshore Energy. Based in one of our flagship Denmark offices (Esbjerg or Vejle) you will join an established and vibrant team who are passionate about creating clean future energies. You will collaborate with local and international colleagues and play a critical role in defining and delivering projects that involve multiple clients in countries across Europe.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About you </strong></p><p>From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
