A key pillar to Royal Unibrew’s success is the successful digitalisation of all main areas of our business. If you like to deploy IT solutions and are driven by business results and at the same time like to lead a group of strong IT specialists, then this is just the job for you.
As Head of Application Management, you will play an essential role in taking our global IT organisation (Group IT) to the next level by delivering on our brand new strategy for Group IT. We have defined 5 key focus areas to ensure that Group IT supports and drives continuous development for the growth of Royal Unibrew. Among these are the development and delivery of a strategy for S/4HANA implementation and driving your area of responsibility towards an even more proactive partnership role with the business.
You will be responsible for the application development in i.e. SAP and Microsoft, both implementation and support. You will manage a team of ten highly skilled Application Consultants located in Denmark and Finland and making sure to develop their skills and capabilities to meet the needs. Besides managing this team, you will be frontrunner for the Super User Team and an active member of the IT Management Team. In addition, you will be responsible for the budget and for aligning plans and priorities directly with the management team in the different markets. Occasionally, you will act as project manager in strategically important projects.
What do you bring to us?
A MSc or equivalent education within a relevant field. Consultancy experience and/or experience from an international company with program management as well as management experience with teams doing application development, implementation and support. Strong stakeholder management and strong communication skills which will be key to build cross-organisational consensus at all levels in the organisation. Fluency in English and ideally knowledge and experience working with SAP and Microsoft at manager level.
As a person, you have a strong focus on results and prefer to take one small step forward instead of waiting for the perfect solution. You are a natural leader with the ability to plan and make clear priorities. You are a pragmatist who like to pursue objectives and get the job done together with your team.
