Associate Manager for Biopharm FP Manufacturing Development

About the department
The department acts as a link between development and production of the new haemophilia portfolio and all marketed Biopharm products. We are 70 highly skilled employees organised in five teams with the responsibility to utilise our in-depth product and process knowledge. Our main goal is to maximize the value of our products and lead fast introduction of new technologies across Biopharm FP manufacturing sites.
We work in an unpretentious and good atmosphere and share knowledge across teams and professional groups.
The job
You will lead a team of highly skilled and competent professionals and scientists.
The key role of this position will be to lead innovation and to ensure that your team focuses on progress, productivity and implementation of new technology. As an Associate Manager you will coach, motivate and set direction for your team and ensure that cooperation with stakeholders makes fast implementation of the new technology in our manufacturing sites. To secure progress in the projects we cooperate closely with CMC, QA and Regulatory Affairs.
Qualifications
You hold a Master´s degree in Pharmacy/Engineering, Cand. Scient or similar.
It is vital that you have strong managerial experience combined with solid experience within aseptic filing processes. You work in a systematic and structural way and strive for productivity and making progress by implementing new technology.
It is important that you know the value of earning trust and respect from colleagues and employees and know how to motivate your employees in a busy and changing work day.
If you are familiar leading implementation of new technology, it will be a major plus.
You have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude making you excellent in establishing a network across the organisation. In addition, you have good communication skills in Danish and English.
