Step into our headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark. Here, you will join a team of 20+ colleagues working with financial compliance, non-financial reporting, export control and business ethics. While the latter will be your domain and area of responsibility, you will have plenty of opportunity to involve and discuss your ideas with your manager and team members.

We are part of the Group Compliance department with 120+ colleagues in total who also cover topics such as tax, legal, trade & customs compliance, QHSE, sustainability and more. In general, you can look forward to joining a large company with plenty of possibilities and potential to grow.

Manage global business ethics frameworks
Specifically, you will:
- Improve design and further develop and implement our global third-party management/supplier framework in the dsv Group
- Maintain and enhance the Group Anti-bribery and Corruption framework and keep yourself up to date on relevant regulations
- Maintain and improve the dsv Code of Conduct, keep the e-learning training material updated and execute training activities
- Maintain and enhance our business ethics risk and controlling framework
- Draft and implement relevant company policies
- Map existing processes and identify the need for new processes and/or demands within Business Ethics
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
In order to succeed and make our processes and frameworks work in real life, it is vital that you can convey complex concepts in a clear, understandable and down-to-earth manner. Moreover, we expect you to:
- Hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in law, finance, business, economics or another relevant field
- Bring 2+ years of experience from a large, international organisation working with business ethics or a related area – ideally in a group function – or experience as an auditor/consultant assisting international companies in matters relating to business ethics
- Have excellent stakeholder manager skills and the ability to meticulously and respectfully collect and map data from a wide range of colleagues in the organisation
- Possess solid analytical skills and the ability to translate complex topics into streamlined and simple processes
- Speak and write English effortlessly
