From our global headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will be part of the Group Treasury & Credit team, which oversees financial risk management and external funding. Currently Net Working Capital (NWC) is a part of the Group Credit team, but we are in the process of separating it as an independent subset of Group Treasury & Credit, which will focus entirely on optimising NWC. That is where you come in.
Take charge in building something new
As NWC Manager, you will have a team of 2-3 people, who are experts in the daily operations. You are the one with the vision, driving the team to grow and improve. Besides your employees, you will be in close contact with Group Reporting & Controlling, whose controllers oversee operations across the globe.

You will also be in contact with all the countries, in which we operate, working with local CFOs to optimise operations. You should expect 15-20 travelling days a year, as onsite assistance will sometimes be necessary.

Drive and ambition are perhaps the two most important characteristics, that we are looking for. You are taking a central role in optimising processes, that will have huge impact on DSV. That is not something to be taken lightly. You will often meet reluctance, when proposing radical changes in operations, so it is important that you are resilient and bold, and that you are an excellent communicator.

- We would expect to see relevant experience working with NWC optimisation, preferably from a similar international organisation, or from a banking institution
- We would prefer to see a relevant 3+ year financial education
- We require professional proficiency in English, both in writing and speech.
