Applying functional knowledge as well as team management
As Senior Manager in Group IT Compliance, you are responsible for driving the global security awareness & training agenda on a global scale. This includes preparation of newsletters, phish simulations and global annual security training. Furthermore, you will also be leading a team of 3 located in Warsaw, Poland. In addition, you and your team will also be responsible for preparing monthly reporting of security metrics to executive management as well as providing process support to other areas withing the Group IT Compliance department. You will report to the CISO.

The position, which is based at our head office in Hedehusene, gives you ample opportunity to develop both your professional and personal skills and to characterize DSV's future work.
Your primary responsibilities are the following:
Furthermore, you will collaborate with colleagues from all over the world on information security initiatives and issues. There will be some travel activity (2-3 times a year). The position offers good development opportunities, and if you have ideas for improvement, or want to take upon more responsibility, there is also ample opportunities for this in DSV.
Minimum 2-3 Years of experience within information security
There are many ways into this position, but the focus will be on having an academic background and minimum 2-3 years’ experience within information security. Experience within security awareness will be an advantage but is not a prerequisite. As a person you are open minded and have good collaboration skills. You are focused on developing and motivating your team to perform at consistent high level.
In addition, you are expected be able to:
You have a structured approach to new challenges, keeping focus on delivering at a high. You are open minded and are oriented towards finding the best solution. You take responsibility and dare to take decisions whilst at the same time ensuring that you align with relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
