An exciting position where you will be growing your stakeholder management skills, while driving change into one of the biggest logistics companies in the world!

You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management (BCM) department that comprises highly skilled colleagues who are driven by the ambition of taking the DSV Road division to the next level! While we are based in Denmark, we have a strong BCM Road network positioned across our 34 European countries.

As a Business Change Manager in our Standardisation Team within BCM Road, you will play a central role in driving and reinforcing change, while standardising and automating our Road business as part of the DSV Road strategy. We offer a flexible role at our HQ in Hedehusene, where you will be given great responsibility, a big mandate with management backing, passionate and supportive colleagues, a great canteen, gym facilities and awesome summer & Christmas parties!

Design and shape the future of DSV Road

  • Be part of driving the standardisation journey of DSV Road, specifically with focus on customer agreements.
  • Identify new areas of standardisation, data collection and analysis, design new or update existing standards, stakeholder management, drive definition workshops, implement new standards, create communication plans, and deliver on the standardisation roadmap for the DSV Road division.
  • Be part of change management projects on a European scale.
  • Take part in implementing KPI reports and in-depth analysis of optimisation and financial benefits.
  • Take part in implementing and supporting our Road processes.

Process focus and change management mindset

You are a team player who can manage to work independently and who knows how to communicate and collaborate to achieve the defined business objectives. Process thinking and structure is key, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can stand your ground when challenged and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level. Equally important, you can balance urgent tasks with long-term projects because you are self-motivated and highly organised.

  • Experience in driving change into large organisations by utilizing change management principles
  • Experience with handling and managing resistance as well as understanding and acting when needed
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a structured approach and experience with long term projects
  • Great analytical skills, identifying and designing new DSV Road standards
  • Drive, execution power and ability to drive projects on your own, as well as working in a team
  • Great oral and written communication skills in English as well as experience with mass communication
  • Experience with road freight, freight forwarding and/or customer agreements is considered an advantage
