Would you like to be the main HR partner for our Group CFO and our Group leaders, and do you have a passion for working with and developing people in a large international organisation?
Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Hedehusene, near Copenhagen, you will be joining our HR Partnering team within Group HR. We are an ambitious and professional team who takes pride in sharing knowledge across the team and functions. As our Group HRBP, you will be partnering with senior Group leaders in Finance, Legal, Compliance etc. and work closely with the organisation to achieve goals through a strong focus on HR and what makes a difference in DSV: Our people.
DSV is a fast-growing and dynamic company, where people speak their minds to stay ahead and face challenges head-on. DSV has grown drastically within the last few years through an ambitious M&A strategy and from a HR perspective we have gone from a decentralised approach to HR to establishing a Group HR function in 2015 focusing on areas of HR where a global approach is beneficial. In Group HR we work from 9 countries, with an EVP and 4 heads of different areas. Your job will be to take the HRBP lead for our Group managers located at our head office in Hedehusene but with employees across the international DSV landscape and help manage and develop the business.
The role is perfect for someone looking to be close to the key decision makers in a company, where time from planning to execution is short and where key HR initiatives are anchored in the top management team.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Liaise with and support Group managers as their one-point contact for all people related matters
- Plan and carry out annual wheel HR initiatives (e.g., performance and development process, talent, and succession planning etc.)
- Consult with leaders on various leadership and organisational challenges (both urgent and long-term challenges)
- Develop Group staff and managers
- Support Group managers with critical, senior level Group recruitments, terminations, performance matters and other ad hoc HR matters
- Facilitate training sessions from time to time with managers and employees on e.g., team development
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in Group HR and HR colleagues abroad, as our Group functions are international with people working out of other countries

We imagine you have the following competencies:
- Several years of broad HR experience from a large international organisation
- A solid HR generalist toolbox (including Danish labour law)
- Great ability to develop strong working relationships and partner with key stakeholders from senior management to HR colleagues across the organisation
- Solid communication skills and fluency in English
- Well-structured and pragmatic mindset
- Strong executer, persevering and proactive in nature
