Then this might be the job for you. As Software Contract Manager, you will be involved in the software acquisition, compliance, maintenance renewals, life cycle planning in a large Global company.
As a Software Contract Manager, you will be part of our Software Asset Management team of 11 highly skilled employees working in Poland (5) and Denmark (6). The team are responsible for the whole Software Life Cycle from purchase to retirement.
This open position is for our location in Denmark where you will be part of Global IT, which is the overall IT unit in DSV and responsible for global IT development, operation, maintenance and support.
We operate in an international environment and maintain a tight co-operation with business units throughout DSV. You will have close dialogue with executive management and other key stakeholders in the global organization and you will have a unique chance to influence the development of DSV’s Software Asset and License Management.
In the Team we focus on having a positive mental attitude and the desire and willingness to make things happen. While we work as a team we also operate independently, and you should be prepared to take individual and independent decisions.
Governance, Support and Compliance:
As Software Contract Manager you will be the go-to person’ in the SAM Team, and in that way our expert on the subject. Moreover, you will:
Software Contract Manager with solid experience working with SAM
It is a plus if you have worked with large agreements like SAP, Oracle, IBM or equal and governance, as well as being fluent in English. Furthermore, the following qualifications will be prioritized:

- Drive or participate in vendor selections from a licensing perspective
- Independently negotiate with vendors, or together with IT Procurement
- Ensure compliance for “your” products
- Ensure budget facilitation for your portfolio
- Secure control and transparency in software purchases
Software Contract Manager with solid experience working with SAM
It is a plus if you have worked with large agreements like SAP, Oracle, IBM or equal and governance, as well as being fluent in English. Furthermore, the following qualifications will be prioritized:
- Software Asset Management
- Negotiation skills
- Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions
