The position is to be placed at the head office in Hedehusene, Denmark
You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management (BCM) department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to lead successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have BCM colleagues in/from most European countries.
As a Business Support Specialist in our Operational Excellence Team within BCM Road, you will play a central role in managing the business tests, helping to document our processes and making DSV Road outstanding when it comes to e-learning. We offer a flexible role with great responsibility and opportunity to make a direct impact on the future successes of DSV Road - as part of a highly skilled and dedicated team of colleagues.
More specifically your tasks will include:
Process thinking, the ability to share knowledge and evident structural competences are big parts of the role, in addition to operational or financial experience within the logistics industry are considered big advantages for taking on this job role.

- managing the business testcases, test planning and execution of the tests
- governing and updating all areas of the Road business process framework and its process descriptions continuously
- maintaining the training concept, framework and practices
- acting as direct support to colleagues on business testing, describing their standard processes and training materials
- following up on needed changes and adjustments to existing testcases, process descriptions and training materials done
Process thinking, the ability to share knowledge and evident structural competences are big parts of the role, in addition to operational or financial experience within the logistics industry are considered big advantages for taking on this job role.
You are ready to drive change across DSV Road because you:
- have practical experiences with analyzing and optimizing processes as well as being able to document processes
- can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate and communicate
- have experience and feel comfortable in training and communicating
- are comfortable in a busy environment where you work independently and self-supporting with many tasks running in parallel
- are innovative and can develop ideas that will create value and benefit the business
- have great communication skills while speaking and writing English fluently
