Be part of a strong team in a fast-paced environment
As Infrastructure Service Operations Manager you will be supporting the streamlining of service processes and contribute to the day-to-day operations to improve levels of service availability and minimize downtime. In this role, you will monitor and coordinate the operational processes and work closely with a third-party service provider to ensure stable, safe, and efficient IT operations across the organization. Your tasks will span from IT Infrastructure Monitoring to Process Alignment, SLA, and Performance Management, as well as Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Have you worked in a similar setup?
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from a large international organization. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, proficiency in IT Infrastructure and Operations, as well as experience in working with outsourced IT infrastructure services including contract and SLA management. As a person you have an energetic and positive mindset along with a strong passion for continuous development. As Infrastructure Service Operations Manager, you will become part of Olympus’ Global IT Organization and report directly to the EMEA Infrastructure Service Operations Management Lead.
