As Managing Director, SWARCO Denmark, you will be overall responsible for the day-to-day operations. The main focus will be to ensure implementation of the regional strategies with regards to market as well as the optimisation of operational business processes. This should ensure the future profitability and create the basis for the future growth. You are the overall responsible for leading the Danish entities in Skovlunde, Odense and Aarhus.

You will report directly to the Nordic Regional Manager who is based in Stockholm. Your responsibility includes all 74 employees within the Danish offices – of which you have 4 Team-leaders who have several years’ experience within the industry (Sales, System Integration, Delivery & Finance) reporting directly to you. You will be responsible for retaining customer loyalty, hence expanding the business with existing clients among others through customer success and customer service. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for seeking new Danish business opportunities and customers.

By your presence, professionality, and leadership style you will create an attractive, motivating, and cooperating working environment among the employees. Being the P/L responsible for the Danish entity you will ensure implementation of the necessary initiatives to ensure a continuous high level of service/delivery and professionalism across the company’s value chain and towards the customers.

This role offers you the advantage of working with a local Danish focus within the Nordic region, but still being part of a true international organization with clients all over the world.

Who are you?


We are looking for you who is experienced in leading others and truly motivated by it. You have gained experience from both B2G and B2B – working within bid management, and preferable you have experience from automation, end-to-end solutions, or contractors in general. The type of your educational background is not key, but you have probably a commercial or engineering educational background.

  • problem-solving mindset and hands-on when needed.
