The Territory Manager Endo-surgery will drive sales growth and market penetration of our clients Endo-surgery product line in Denmark.

The product portfolio consist of a one-stop solution for surgeons, providing an extensive product portfolio comprising sorbable and non-absorbable Surgical Sutures, Tissue Sealants, Sorbable Hemostats, Hernia Repair (Mesh), Intrauterine Devices (Cu-T, Hormonal IUD ), Energy Devices, and Mechanical Closure Devices (Staples).

This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and providing clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals.

You will be based in one of the Nordic Countries and report to the Country Manager Nordics.

Key responsibilities / Task:

  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential and existing customers to present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Medical Devices or products.
  • Identifying customer needs and preferences and recommending the most suitable solutions.
  • Providing after-sales service and support to customers answering queries and providing training and technical assistance.
  • Maintaining and updating databases and records of activities and performance.
  • Researching and analysing trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Attending and participating in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and workshops to network with potential customers and promote the company’s brand and products.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments and innovations in the field and the relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Following the company’s core of conduct and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer-first attitude
  • Proven experience in medical device sales
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, products, and procedures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

General qualifications:

  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory and fluent in one Scandinavian language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools and technologies
  • Valid Driving license
  • Background as Biomedical laboratory Scientist, Nurse or other relevant education with experience from Endo-surgery products.
