ATC-Footwear A/S is looking for an experienced wholesale Leader driven by creating results and leading a strong and motivated wholesale team.
As Head of Wholesale your main task is to organize and take overall responsibility for the performance of the entire portfolio of footwear brands in our wholesale division:
You and the job
You have successful experience as leader of a wholesale team with a strong ambition to perform and reach the sales targets you have set up. You understand the importance of structuring and motivating a sales team and recognize the tools and mechanisms that make a successful sales team. You are a motivating leader, that can plan and execute sales activities and support your team in reaching the common goals.
You also have hands on sales experience with major retail partners and know how to support and build partnerships through constructive dialogue and drive performance through digital partners. This will be an important part of the job.
You will report performance directly to the management level and through a close dialogue with the CEO create and implement sales strategies and targets. You will also be expected to pitch in on overall strategic initiatives and advocate the wholesale perspective on the strategic level.
You do not necessarily carry experience from the footwear and/or fashion industry – we are very open to candidates from other industries.

Our costumers vary from the largest digital and physical retail partners to the smaller locally based physical stores – a span in costumers we are proud of.
