Negotiating and managing charter party agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. Staying abreast of market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the chartering of vessels. Collaborating with internal teams to align chartering activities with overall business objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vessel owners, brokers, and other industry partners. Providing leadership and guidance to a team of chartering professionals. Developing and implementing effective chartering strategies optimizing vessel utilization and overall operational efficiency.Negotiating and managing charter party agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.Staying abreast of market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the chartering of vessels.Collaborating with internal teams to align chartering activities with overall business objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vessel owners, brokers, and other industry partners.Providing leadership and guidance to a team of chartering professionals.
What do we expect?
As this is an excellent opportunity to join a major player in the renewable energy logistics industry, we expect that you can identify yourself with our key DNA-words and values and work according to these. You must understand the importance of complying with our company mentality, procedures, rules and regulations and you can fulfill the below mentioned requirements where you:What do we expect?Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in chartering. Speak and write English fluently. Have an in-depth knowledge of industry standards, charter parties, and market conditions. Have a proven track record of successful negotiations and contract management. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have the ability to lead and motivate a team. Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in chartering.Speak and write English fluently.Have an in-depth knowledge of industry standards, charter parties, and market conditions.Have a proven track record of successful negotiations and contract management.Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
