Are you a strong project manager with the drive to head up projects with technical and organisational impact and with strong skills to support the organisation going into a more digital world?
Then you might be our new Senior Project Manager in Diabetes API QA, Novo Nordisk. You will together with management spearhead our ambitions within digital transformation and you will lead our quality management (QM) related projects in our process landscape.
About the department
Be a part of an important QA department with a big foot-print. We are supporting a variety of areas e.g. QA responsible for QC laboratories, qualification/validation projects, manufacturing development and our QM and quality improvement projects, across the organisation.
The position
You will be a part of the organisation working across our area with several tracks within our digital strategy and are expected to execute projects from start to finish. The project tracks, will be very different in character, depending on the actual digitalisation and simplification initiative needed, however they will always involve implementation across DAPIQA. You will also be leading our QM process groups.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is passionate about implementing new visions within the digital future. You hold a master’s degree in Business Administration or science/computer science or equivalent. You have min. 4-5 years of solid experience driving cross-functional projects from a larger company. We are on an innovation journey, and therefore experience with change management will be an advantage together with a positive can-do attitude.
You are bold and curious in new ways of thinking, maybe you have experience from a digital area. You are eager to simplify and create continuous improvements. You have the ability to analyse and solve business challenges and we expect you to have experience in collaboration positively with many different stakeholders on various organizational levels.
You are a person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on.
