Do you have experience with management of complex Automation and IT projects within the pharmaceutical production? Then you might be our new Project Manager for the Process Automation department. We are one of the world largest Automation and IT companies with highly skilled employees within the pharmaceutical companies. In Process Automation, we focus on software development and solutions from early project phases through the test and handover to the final operation in pharma/biotech facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: As a project manager in Process Automation, you will be managing one of our projects or portfolios, which are based on some of the technology, which are also used for strategic development of solutions within the Industry 4.0 domain as well as developing our employees.
You will be assigned to process automation department with 100 high qualify engineers, specialist and project managers, working within an international environment.

You will be assigned to process automation department with 100 high qualify engineers, specialist and project managers, working within an international environment.
Your main tasks, as a Project Manager will be:
- In the very early stage to cooperate with the sales department prior to project start up to give input to the proposal
- Excel in project management knowledge areas and competences
- Define the project execution strategy and identification of the risks and mitigations
- Estimate the cost estimating and plan the budget in cooperation with our engineers and specialistst
- Planning the project schedule and activity
- Organisation setup for the project, and planning the team development
- Stakeholder analysis and management
- Secure the final delivery of the agreed scope, quality and within the budget
- Communication to the project and stakeholder
- With strong leadership and soft skills, to motivate, develop and give feedback to the team, and ensure a high level of the customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Engineer, computer scientist or similar degree/experience or relevant technical knowledge background
- 5-10 years of experience hereof have minimum 5 years of project execution experience.
- GAMP and GMP knowledge is a prerequisite for this position
- As a person, you are engaged, proactive, good at motivating the team and driving the performance
- You can work across the boundaries and you like to work within international environments
- You create results through efficient project management, efficient communication and leveraging from your relations and stakeholder management
- You have a strong personal commitment, effectiveness and open management style.
- You are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
