As a project manager in NNE's Automation & IT division, you will be coordinating one of our projects or portfolios based on the existing automation technologies and the new stuff within the Industry 4.0 domain.
The technical focus for this position is automation and manufacturing IT solutions from early project phases to the test and handover to our customers in pharma/biotech facilities. You will be working with highly qualified engineers, specialists and project managers in an international environment.
Our projects range from minor yet complex projects where you will be responsible for the whole delivery to some of our largest greenfield projects in the Novo Nordisk portfolio where you will play an important role in implementing automation and IT in the facility.

How you might spend your days
As a Project Manager within Automation & IT, you will be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you will be responsible for:
- Overall project planning and ensuring the delivery within agreed quality, schedule, and cost with regular follow up
- Defining project execution strategy and identifying risks and mitigation of these
- Estimating costs and planning the budget in collaboration with our engineers and specialists
- Maintaining the project scope and ensuring that changes are analysed, and the impacts communicated to stakeholders
With your proven leadership skills, you will motivate and develop the project team, by providing feedback on a regular basis and ensure a high level of customer and employee satisfaction.

- Create results through efficient project management, efficient communication and leveraging from your relations and stakeholder management
- Could have experience in managing projects both according to the waterfall model, as well as agile project management methods
- Have personal commitment, known for your effectiveness and an open management style
- Are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- An educational background on bachelor level or similar relevant technical background
- At least 5 years of experience with a proven history within Automation projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in project execution of automation systems in collaboration with other disciplines like mechanical and process design and end users
- Experience with onsite activities commissioning activities FAT, SAT and UAT
- Certified as a Project Manager within e.g., IPMA, PMP, PRICE 2
