How you might spend your days
As Commissioning and Qualification Manager in our Department “Commissioning and Qualification Management”, (C&Q) you have a fundamental desire to secure a great place to work for your colleagues in a project driven work environment. You’ll be:
- C&Q`s focal point for preparation and planning of Mechanical Completion and Commissioning activities during the earlier stages of the project. Your focus will here be to ensure that “systems thinking” is established and considered in the construction & commissioning time schedule.
- Responsible for detailed planning and coordination of the activities from equipment and systems installation to Mechanical Completion status and through the first dynamic testing and Commissioning activities.
- Through regular meetings, ensure good communication and planning between stakeholders on site.
- Follow up on outstanding issues and monitor progress and quality of the C&Q activities.
- Provide guidance and support related to C&Q to colleagues, management as well as for other stakeholders.
- Have a high focus on Health, Safety and Environment aspects within your area to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

- Active and take initiative. Rely on your experience to continuously improve our C&Q processes
- Able to collaborate on team projects.
- Living in Denmark and able to work in Kalundborg
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commissioning of process plants, preferably from pharma & biotech industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and coordination of commissioning activities in complex projects
- Marine Engineer (DK: Maskinmester), M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar
- A proven track record on successful delivery of complex and large volume commissioning projects in compliance with agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets and in compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal Group guidelines and requirements
- Experience in communication and stakeholder management on all levels in the organization
- Experience in use of digitalized tools for follow-up and delivery of projects is highly valued.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written and preferable also Danish.
