About the role
We are on an exciting journey working on some of the largest and most advanced projects in 's history. We are expecting our workload to increase drastically, and therefore we are now looking to grow our team of Project Quality Managers.
In the role as AIT Project Quality Manager, you will take part in defining, coordinating, and managing project specific quality activities related to design, construction, testing and verification on large scale pharma engineering projects.

As an AIT Project Quality Manager, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team were, you’ll be
- Driving project quality activities in large, complex, and cross-disciplinary projects
- Developing and implementing project verification strategy including alignment with customer’s quality system and validation concept. All in the field of Automation and IT
- Providing input to and be an active part of the AIT project management team
- Participating in the coordination and facilitation of e.g., supplier management activities
- Providing guidance and follow-up on supplier’s quality deliverables
- Ensure coordination with other disciplines and compliance with codes, regulations and procedures
- Review work of project members and take financial responsibility for quality work package

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering within chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, or similar
- You have experience with quality planning, verification, and validation, in the life science/biotech industry
- You have knowledge of and experience with project execution
- You speak and write fluent English
