Want to change the face, and feel, of music streaming? Moodagent makes music truly personal – putting unique recommendations in the hands of the user. Because music should be so much more than just a static library of songs. Join us and help redefine how people listen to music.
For our head quarters in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Community Manager to join our Global Marketing team.
The Global Community Manager will of course create awesome and engaging content for our social media channels, but as this is a global position, its important that you understand how to create concepts that includes both clear strategy and tactics and concepts that can scale globally.
We expect that you are a creative powerhouse. That you on an everyday basis can create awesome content for our social media channels, based on your own content calendar. Whether that’s interviews with musicians, quotes, music recommendations or iPhone-snapshots.
You are a social media expert. You are structured in your work and you follow the constant change in algorithms and best practises. You are constantly updated of the latest news in the social media landscape and can give qualified recommendations about opportunities on new social media platforms.
And last but not least, you must love music and be a fun, friendly and helpful colleague. At Moodagent we laugh a lot, we work hard, and we always help each other out. We are busy, and we know that we can only succeed if everyone’s running in the same direction and have each other’s backs.
You will have GREAT colleagues in the Global Marketing team supporting you with fantastic copywriting, great design, motion graphics, web development, campaign management, analytics and everything in between.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, execute and measure daily social media posts on Moodagents main (global) pages - in cooperation with marketing manager and analytics team.
- Create concepts for social media channels that can scale globally and be executed by community managers in the local markets
- Advise and assist community managers in the local markets on Moodagents overall strategy for social media content, execution and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 100% fluent English speaker.
- Preferably a background in journalism - You *must* write like a dream and with 100% perfect spelling and grammar
- A solid and documented experience in managing and driving several social media channels, where you’ve also created the content. We expect to see a portfolio of content you’ve created - Images, video interviews filmed with smart phone, etc etc.
- Understanding both the importance of factual communication, gifs and emojis - but most importantly, you understand what content works and what doesn’t.
- Comfortable on measuring your own progress and results
- Works independently, purposefully and disciplined
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish relations with the team and external parties in the same manner
- Collaborative, team-focused style of working
